Mr John GOVIER, member of the British Delegation, was elected as new Chairman
on April 17th, 2009.

Mr Norman SNEL, member of the Dutch Delegation, was elected as new Vice-Chairman
on April 17th, 2009.

Mr Jérôme RUPIED was nominated as new Secretary, on the 21st of September 2007.
